有一陣子我很迷重金屬，但其中最愛的團應該就屬來自巴西的Angra了。他們不像某些死金的暴力嘶吼，反而喜愛用交響旋樂作為點綴，讓音樂更有層次，把情緒層層堆疊至最高點後引爆。
Angra中間歷經了一次很大的變動，因為理念不合的關係，主唱Matos、貝斯手Mariutti和鼓手Confessori離開了Angra，組了另外一個重金屬團─Shaaman；隨後，Falaschi加入Angra擔任主唱。雖然Falaschi和Matos的聲線都屬高亢且音域很廣，但我還是比較喜愛Matos不經意就能飆上去的聲音。
「Carry On」是我毎次難過時的必聽曲，在專輯《Angels Cry》的第二首歌，但是在聽這首歌之前，一定要從第一首的「Unfinished Allegro」開始。「Unfinished Allegro」的交響旋樂由淡轉濃，先是輕輕的幾個跳音，接著慢慢拉長各個音符，快速進入高潮，音量逐漸變大，再從電吉他和鼓聲的搭配中引爆。情緒隨著音節迭起，配上勵志人心的歌詞，怎麼不熱血？！怎麼能克制自己不隨之大喊Carry On？！
送給每一位正在經歷人生難關的朋友們，就如同歌詞所說的「人生都有旨意，有天我們終究會發現」。
